Price, Performance, and weight make the
Red Ripper Router
a must-have for all fabrication shops.

We built the Red Ripper from the ground up to be a no-frills, high-performance, easy to use router, exclusively for the stone industry. All of the aluminum parts on the Red Ripper are made from 6061 T6 to reduce weight without sacrificing strength. We red anodized all aluminum parts to protection against the alkalinity of granite slurry and for looks.

This is what seperates the men from the boys!
Our NWS belt is completely unique in the industry. NOTHING else can even match the performance of the Red Ripper when grinding because the belt is designed to prevent any amount of slipping. This keeps your bits running at maximum performance.

The hydroplaning base uses a low durometer rubber shield for protecting the stone before and after grinding, while the water flush and the softness of the rubber also keep it from picking up grit and scratching the polished stone. In fact we found that the Red Ripper can be moved by just the touch of a finger even with someone riding on top!
The replacement rubber costs only $10 and can easily be installed in 15 minutes unlike vulcanized bases that cost hundreds and can take all day to replace.

The Red Ripper is designed to accept up to 4.5" (11.5cm) diameter bits.

Our drive for perfection led us to our latest spindle design! The new design is strengthened against the wear induced by pushing against the stone and is now also protected against getting grit and water on the bearings and causing premature wear. We also increased the amount the spindle could be raised and lowered to almost a full inch allowing you to grind custom shapes.

Our quest for the perfect router also took us to the powerful Lincoln 3450 RPM induction motor which we then belt up to achieve the desired RPM. This allows the motor to run at a safe and efficient RPM while extending its life dramatically.
